We do our best to ensure all inventory is current.  Occasionally an item you have ordered may be out of stock.  We will call you to see if you would like us to send the item at a later date.  You will only be charged when the item ships. No tax will be added to your order as we ship from our single store location in Oregon, a no tax state!!!

Returns and Exchanges

Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. We can accept items for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 7 days of receipt. Upon their return to us, we will be happy to replace them or credit your account, as you prefer.

Shipping

 All orders are subject to a $12.95 shipping & handling charge.  We package and ship your orders within 3 -5 business days.  We ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion.  When your goodies ship, you will be mailed a delivery confirmation so you can track your package.  Any damaged boxes should be reported directly to the carrier as well as to us.
