Wedding & Event Prices

We’ve put together a general price list to help you with your budgeting and planning. These are only guidelines as every wedding & event is different. On average, people spend about 15% of their wedding budget on flowers. For some, flowers are super important and they’ll want to spend more, while others just need the basics. We value each and every bride, and we know all the tips and tricks for helping you get the most out of your budget. You’ll find our prices competitive and our value unmatched. 

If you’re putting a budget together, this list should help you get a starting point for how much you can expect to spend. We have listed a range with average prices in parentheses.

Full Service: We will handle every aspect of the floral component of your wedding or special event from consultation and design services through to installation and even breakdown the day off the event. The starting price for this level of design service is $3,000.

A la Carte: The client can pick and choose various elements to be provided the day off as well as assisting with delivery of the prepared items the day of the event. There is no minimum for this.

Prix Fixie: The client can provide Passionflower a budget that they would like to work within as well as design inspiration and we put together a plan on how best to utilize that budget.

Bridal Bouquet: $200-$375

Bridesmaid Bouquets: $85 - $180

Corsages: $35 Pin-on, $40 Wrist 

Boutonnieres: $30

Hair Garlands: $70- $150

Simple Hair Flowers: $15- $30  

Large Ceremony Arrangements: (ea.): $180 - $480  

Flowers for an Arbor: $350-$1800

Centerpieces: $70 – $150  

Garland: Starting at $25 per foot 

Cake Flowers: $35 - $50 (topper) $50 - $100 (whole cake) 

Rose Petals: $60/gallon 

Delivery: In town $100-125; out of town $150-250

Set up: $75/hour
