We hope to offer you an online shopping experience that matches the stellar selection and service you find at our brick and mortar store in lovely downtown Eugene Oregon.  We will accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express  through secure online payment  .  Should you prefer you may call us directly at 541-344-3857 and place your order via phone.   You also have the option of ordering and paying online and picking up at our store. We do our best to ensure all inventory is current.  Occasionally an item you have ordered may be out of stock.  We will call you to see if you would like us to send the item at a later date.  You will only be charged when the item ships. No tax will be added to your order as we ship from our single store location in Oregon, a no tax state!!!

Satisfaction

We pride ourselves on having happy customers.  Should you ever be less than 100% satisfied we urge you to contact us at 541-344-3857 to resolve any problems.  We will return your call within two business days and find a happy resolution.

Returns and Exchanges

Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. We can accept items for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 7 days of receipt. Upon their return to us, we will be happy to replace them or credit your account, as you prefer.

Shipping

 All orders are subject to a $12.95 shipping & handling charge.  We package and ship your orders within 3 -5 business days.  We ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion.  When your goodies ship, you will be mailed a delivery confirmation so you can track your package.  Any damaged boxes should be reported directly to the carrier as well as to us.
